How can I order a catalog? -
We don't distribute a print catalog. Catalogs are very expensive to produce and
mail. We simply don't want to pass on the cost of a catalog to our
customers. As a web based business, our catalog is on-line.
Catalogs consume horrendous amounts of paper and contribute to global
warming. Are you interested in doing more to limit global warming?

you ship internationally? - Our automated check out
system is not set up to process international orders, but we do ship
internationally. To place an order with a shipping destination

Will I
pay a VAT tax, import fee or brokerage fee? (international orders) -
If they apply, yes. Brokerage
fees, import duties, VAT, or any other tariff, levy or fee are not
included in the purchase price or the shipping and handling charges.
Such fees and taxes are the responsibility of the receiving party. To

Shipping and handling - In order to keep your final cost as low as possible,
all orders are shipped exclusively via The United States Postal
Service from our fulfillment center in central Ohio, U.S.
Domestic
orders: Shipping rates for purchases at
Myfootshop.com are based upon the total item weight of your order and
are calculated in real-time according to the current published USPS rates
to your location. Parcel Post, Priority Mail and Express Mail are available to all 50 of the United States
and APO's. Orders with a subtotal of
$75.00 or more qualify for free USPS Priority Mail shipping. Free
shipping is only available for domestic orders and APO's. Free
shipping cannot be applied to Express or other expedited shipping
methods.
International
orders: Shipping rates for purchases at
Myfootshop.com are based upon the total item weight of your order and
are calculated in real-time according to the current published USPS rates
to your location. Global Express and
USPS Global Express Guaranteed
Non-Document Service
options are available to most international destinations.
Handling charges may be applied to a
limited number of items that are oversized or are heavy. These
items often require individualized packing and transfer to USPS.
Will I receive a
order tracking number? - Order tracking numbers are
available upon request.
When will my
package ship? - Most orders ship within 24 hours. Special
order items ship in 5-6 days.
How fast is USPS
Express shipping? - USPS Express shipping can reach most areas
of the US in 1-3 days. Rural areas are most susceptible to delays.
When requesting USPS Express shipping, it's important to remember that
your item will not ship until your order clears credit card processing.
In some cases, credit card processing can take up to 24 hours to
complete.
