The Pedag Comfort is a great solution for painful Morton's neuroma, metatarsalgia, bursitis and capsulitis.

The Pedag Comfort arch support is a 3/4 length insert made of vegetable tanned leather specifically designed for forefoot problems including metatarsalgia, Morton's neuroma, bursitis and capsulitis. The T-form metatarsal pad 'off loads' forefoot pain by increasing the surface area of the bottom of the foot. Extra soft heel padding for more comfort. Ideal for both men and women to wear in any style of shoes. The Pedag Comfort is so thin that is works well in dress shoes like loafers and slip on shoes. One pair per package. Pedag Comfort Arch Supports come in Euro/Metric Sizes. To find your correct size, please go to our US Pedag sizing chart. If you are a half size, we recommend that you default to the larger size. The Pedag Comfort has recieved The Seal of Acceptance from The American Podiatric Medical Association.
