Our Calf Wedge Stretching Block is made of very lightweight foam, and only weighs a few ounces.

Nope. We've never seen the stretching blocks flatten. They'll last indefinitely.

Yes -there are recommended stretching exercises in the package.

I have a small foot, so would the angle for someone who has a shorter length be too much?
Answer:
Unless you have a very short foot, I don't think it would be a problem. The stretching block is 3 inches tall. To accommodate for your short foot, you may just not need to lean in to the stretch as far as others.
