Reduce pain and friction associated with crooked, overlapping and/or flexible hammer toes with this comfortable slip-on pad. Adjustable loop gently encourages proper toe alignment while a soft, dual-layer cushion comforts the ball-of-foot area. By Myfootshop. Must specify for right of left. Latex free. One/pkg.

Directions: Slip elastic loops over problem toes. Pull loose end of band gently until toes are properly aligned. Scissor-trim excess band. Carefully pull on socks and readjust as needed. Be careful not to let band slip through slot eliminating toe loop. If desired, sew the band to the cushion for permanent placement.

Care: Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Press flat in towel to remove excess moisture. Air dry completely before reuse.

Indications - Toe Straighteners are used in the care and treatment of hammer toes, claw toes, mallet toes, painful corns on toes, poorly aligned fractures of toes, and as a splint after hammertoe surgery.

I have been diagnosed with hammer toes. On one foot the toes can still bend, but on the other, they cannot. Would this be a good product for me?

Answer:

This would be a good product to try. The Triple-Stall Tubular Foam Bandages could help protect both the top and the bottom of your hammer toes.

How do you put on toe foam bandages?

Answer:

You would cut them to the length you need, and then slip them onto 3 adjacent toes that need protection.

 

 

Question:

Are there separators inside so that each toe has it's own compartment? Can it be used on the big toe?

Answer:

Yes, there are foam separators between the toes. Click on the link for the 3rd photo, which shows the front view of the product. The Triple-Stall Tubular Foam Bandage is not stretchy enough to be worn on a big toe; it is designed for your smaller toes only.
