'Sesamoids' are two tiny bones on the bottom of each foot at the base of the big toe. When irritated, these bones can become painful. Soft Pedi-GEL® Dancer's Pads are specially shaped to cushion and protect this area, easing sesamoid, metatarsal and forefoot pain. The cut-out around the great toe joint off-loads weight away from the first metatarsal head and sesamoids. By Pedifix. Each pack contains a pair: 1 right and 1 left.

Directions: Wash and dry feet. Peel off backing and apply to bottom of foot or insole.To remove, gently peel away. Do not apply lotions, powders or medications to pads or skin when using Pedi-GEL® products. Keep packaging for storage when not in use.Pads will not adhere to skin unless both are clean and dry.

Indications - Reusable Gel Dancer's Pads are used in the treatment of sesamoiditis, sesamoid fractures, hallux limitus, turf toe, forefoot pain, Freiberg's infraction, forefoot capsulitis, forefoot bursitis, metatarsalgia, and Morton's neuroma. Reverse the position of a Reusable Gel Dancer's Pad and use it to treat tailor's bunions and sub 5th metatarsal pain.
