Directions: Placing these pads in the correct spot is important for your comfort. Position with narrow end (bottom) pointing towards the heel. Most people prefer the top of the pad positioned just behind the metatarsal heads, to offload pressure. Others prefer them directly on, or covering the metatarsal heads for extra cushioning. Test placement for comfort.
To apply to feet, shoes or insoles, remove adhesive covering, press firmly into place. For secure positioning, apply to clean, dry surfaces. Keep dry to extend lifespan of product.
Measurements: Approximately 2 3/4" from tip to base, 2 1/4" wide and 1/4" thick.
