How Quick Tape® Works

Quick Tape® foot support straps are a revolutionary new product made of a hypoallergenic, latex-free adhesive fabric that conforms to the shape of your foot. The straps are designed to support your arch while keeping the ball of your foot and heel together. This helps to relieve tension on the plantar fascia, the band of tissue that runs along the bottom of your foot and can help to reduce or eliminate pain.

Relieve foot pain: Quick Tape® foot support straps have been clinically shown to be effective in relieving pain caused by plantar fasciitis, bunions, heel pain, flat feet, Achilles tendon pain, and more.

They are thin, breathable, and waterproof. Unlike the taping your podiatrist would apply in the office, these straps don’t require extra adhesive, can be worn for up to a week, and can even be worn in the shower.

Provide custom-fit support: Quick Tape® Support Straps are designed to conform to the shape of your foot, providing custom-fit support and alignment.

Sizing:

To be certain that you are ordering the correct size, please measure the circumference of your bare forefoot about 1” below where your ankle connects to the top of your foot.

  • QUICK TAPE® STANDARD strap will fit a circumference of 7.5” to 10” (Women’s US size 4 to Men’s US size 11)
  • QUICK TAPE® LARGE strap will fit a circumference of 10” to 11.5” (Men’s size 12 and up)

Quantities: Choose from packs of 3, 6, or 10 straps.

Indications: Quicktape is used in the management of plantar fasciitis, heel pain, pronation, arch pain, arthritis, bunions, flat feet, shin splints, and achilles tendonitis.
