First, take a serrated knife and cut the Calf Wedge Stretching Block into two six-inch-by-six-inch blocks. Although you only can stretch one foot at a time, with the modified block, you can stretch in more than one place. Second, place the blocks in places where you linger. Put a calf stretcher block near your phone or in front of the television. Stretch while you're doing your make-up or brushing your teeth. Who says calf stretching has to feel like work?

Our Calf Wedge Stretching Block is made of very lightweight foam, and only weighs a few ounces.

Does it compress or flatten out over time?

Answer:

Nope. We've never seen the stretching blocks flatten. They'll last indefinitely.

Does the calf wedge stretching block come with a manual that includes recommended stretching exercises?

Yes -there are recommended stretching exercises in the package.

Question:

I have a small foot, so would the angle for someone who has a shorter length be too much?

Answer:

Unless you have a very short foot, I don't think it would be a problem. The stretching block is 3 inches tall. To accommodate for your short foot, you may just not need to lean in to the stretch as far as others.
