1stRaythotics® - Carbon Fiber Metatarsal/Neuroma Offloader

This unique design offers semi-rigid carbon graphite extensions underneath the 1st and 5th metatarsal phalangeal joints (MTPJ), limiting their range of motion. Offloader 1stRaythotics® also have an opening or aperture in the middle of the ball of foot, providing relief for neuromas and dropped metatarsal heads. Sold as a pair. By Pedifix.

Integrated medial arch support makes them comfortable to wear. They are just .7mm (0.27") thick so can be worn in most shoes.

Directions: With grey top cover side up, and black carbon fiber side down, slide 1stRaythotics into your shoes, toe first. The heel of the orthotic should fit snugly against the heel of your shoe. Test for comfort. If necessary, carefully scissor trim the perimeter area until it fits inside your shoe. Once trimmed, they cannot be returned.

Offloading and limiting targeted joint motion, stiffening your shoe, and supporting your foot's midfoot structure are biomechanical changes that may take time to become accustomed to. Wear them for short periods of time initially, gradually increasing your wear-time until comfortable all day.
