Question:

I have heel spurs on both feet. If this pad is too thin, can I double them up and adhere 2 together to get extra thickness?

Answer:

You certainly can wear 2 at a time. Since the U-shape is a bit wobbly, make sure they adhere to eachother very strongly, so that the legs on each pad don't slide out of position.
