Question:
How do the foam pads stay in place if they are not adhesive backed?
Answer:
There is a foam side and a felt side to this pad. The foam side goes against your insole and keeps it from sliding around in your shoe. Makes it easier to move from shoe to shoe.

Question:
Are Foam Ball of Foot Pads adhesive backed? Can they be moved from shoe to shoe?
Answer:
No. These are not an adhesive backed pad. The bottom of the pad is a light weight rubber that when placed in the shoe stays in place by friction. We've tested these pads among our employees here and have found them to stay right in place. You just need to be sure that the surface of the shoe is clean and dry. The only thing that might contribute to them moving would be foot powders that might make the inside of the shoe a bit slippery. And yes, they can be moved from shoe to shoe.
