Question:
I am wondering about your lambswool for hammer toes. My podiatrist makes me thick pads from lambswool adhesive backed compressed padding which sits behind the toe, on the top of the foot, and cushions the toe from touching the shoe. It is secured by an elastic strap, attached to either side of the pad and goes around the toes and the adjoining toe as well to keep it in place. I am interested in your product although it will probably work differently, being wrapped around the toe. Do you get much feedback on the performance of your product as regards to this use of it?
Answer:
Lambswool has been used as a toe protector for tens maybe even hundreds of years! We actually use the wool from our own personal flock, so we can be sure of the highest quality wool. One of the advantages of using wool is its natural ability to adhear to itself, so if you wrap your toe it will cling to itself.

Question:
How does this stay in place on the toe? Is it wrapped around the toe?
Answer:
Lambs wool is actual wool that comes in long stands. The fiber of the wool is able to adhere to itself. So you just take a little strand and wrap it around the toe. No need for tape or adhesive.
Question: Could you tell me the exact weight contained in the bag?
Answer:
We sell our Lambs Wool in 3/4 oz. bags.
