Question:
I have Baxter's Nerve Entrapment. Which of your products will help relieve my pain? I really don't want to have surgery.
Answer:
Baxter's Nerve Entrapment refers to an entrapment of the calcaneal branch of the posterior tibial nerve (Baxter's nerve). Baxter's entrapment results in plantar heel pain. Pronation (foot rolling inward) or flattening of the arch may also contribute to increased pressure. Some of the best products to help with this pain would be products that raise the heel and take the pressure off the nerve. Products that keep you from pronating the foot would also help.
The Plantar Fasciitis Reliever is a unique gel heel cup with built in removable bars. Each of the bars provides a different level of density giving you a soft, medium or hard level of massage. The gel cup gives you a high level of shock absortion. All of this combined helps to relieve pain from your nerve entrapment.

Question:
How do I know what color bars to order? Which is the softest?
Answer:
There's no need to order just one set of bars. The Plantar Fasciitis Reliever comes with all three bars: soft, medium and hard, along with instructions on how to choose the right ones.
Question:
Can I use these with my orthotics?
Answer:
Plantar Fasciitis Relievers are designed to fit into the contoured cup of the shoe. Many orthotics will have a firm, deep heel seat and may not be compatible with the Plantar Fasciitis Reliever. It's best if you can use the Plantar Fasciitis Reliever directly in the shoe without an insert.
Question:
What about dress shoes? Will these fit into my loafers and dress sandals?
Answer:
Loafers, yes. Sandals, probably not. Plantar Fasciitis Relievers are slim enough to fit into dress shoes but are best used with shoes that have a bit of a wall surrounding the heel. Most sandals are going to be open at the heel and will not hold the Plantar Fasciitis Reliever in place.

Which of your heel lifts are best for peroneous tendonitis?
Answer:

Question:
I wear a size 12 Wide shoe. Will the large size of your heel pad be big enough?
Answer:
The measurements of the Large are as follows: The width of the inside of the heel is 2 1/4"; the length is 4"; and the width of the outside of the Reliever is 2 1/2". The key for you is whether your wide heel can fit into the 2 1/4" measurement.
