What's the difference between this product and the one you sell called a forefoot callus protector?

Answer:

Both are used to off-load pressure to a callus or prominence of bone. The difference between the two pads is that the Forefoot Callus Protectors is felt, adhesive-backed and has a one time use (lasts for several days). Felt compresses less and can be a bit more supportive than gel. The advantage of the gel pad is that it is non-adhesive and reusable. Gel pads are also a bit more 'friendly' in damp environments.

Can these be trimmed?

Answer:

Yes - they are easily trimmed with scissors, if you need to reshape it or make is smaller.
