Question:
Can I buy replacement blades from you?
Answer:
As a safety precaution, we do not sell replacement blades. Because of the risk involved in shipping blades, we decided to sell and price the Safety Corn and Callus Trimmer as a disposable item.
Question:
I have small little calluses about the size of a BB. They seem to be deep. Would this be a good tool to trim them?
Answer:
Those can be tough to manage especially if they're under a weight bearing surface. Be sure to soften them with a callus cream before using the shaver. By softening just the area of the callus with the callus cream, you may be able to float the callus so that it's more easily trimmed.
Question:
I have a large callus on my instep of my left foot. Some of the callus began to break away from the main piece, so I carefully removed it. A few weeks later, the remainder of the callus began to ooze dark fluid. Is there something that I can soak my foot in before I attempt to remove more of it?
Answer:
You can soak your foot in our ClearZal SILK Tea Tree Foot Soak which has natural healing ingredients such as tea tree and peppermint oils. The soak sanitizes, soothes aches and pains, relieves itching and softens corns, calluses and cracked feet while fighting fungus and bacteria. However, if you think the oozing fluid could indicate infection, please consult your physician before use.
