No. Even though you see ads for doing that, we wouldn't advise that you try to use any cast cover for swimming.

I'm in a walking cast. Can I fit this over the walking cast?

Sure will. Start the elastic wrap proximal to the cast and wrap a portion of it over the top of the walking cast.

I had foot surgery 6/2010, it is 2/2011 and I'm still going to wound care every week. Two of the incisions refuse too heal. I would like to have more info. to see exactly how this thing works, and what it's made of.

Our Shower-Right Cast and Bandage Protector has two componenets: a large trash bag and an esmark bandage, which is a 4 inch by 9 feet elastic strap. An esmark bandage is actually an elastic tourniquette used during surgery. We kept it long with the intent of having you wrap it around your leg multiple times, over the top of the bag, to create a deep layer of protection that water cannot penetrate.
