Arch cookies are the perfect substitute for a thicker, full-length arch support. Gel arch cookies work well in dress shoes where there is limited space in the shoe.

• Small measures 3 inches long and 3/4 inch high. Fits pediatric sizes, women's size 5 and men's sizes 7-8

I am looking for medial support for valgus positioning for my knees.  Do you have any products that will help?

We do not carry any products specifically for knees, however we have some products that might help with the medial support.  Look at our Arch Cookies, Heel Wedges and Arch Supports.  Those products can be placed in such a way as to give medial support and lift.

I have had flat feet since birth. When I spend a lot of time on them they get achy, sore and tired. Would the Gel Arch Cookies help this?

Question:

I have really high arches and wear a women's size 8 shoe. Which would you recommend for high arch support; the arch cookies PPT, arch cookies gel, or longitudinal arch cookies felt? I liked the gel version, but the description doesn't say anything about high arches...so I am a little confused. And would I get the size large for the more arch support?

Can I move these from shoe to shoe or once put in a pair of shoes they stay there?

They're designed to stay in one pair of shoes once the adhesive backing is removed and the arch cookie is placed in the shoe.

Question:

I always use metatarsal pads for my flat feet. Would the arch cookies work better? Or could they both be used together?

Answer:

Arch Cookies are designed to alleviate pain associated with fallen arches, weak arches, high arches, flat feet & pronation-related foot problems. Using them in conjunction with a metatarsal pad certainly could work.  I think it might take some trial and error to get the fit just right.
