The Pedag STEP Arch Cookie is a self-adhesive, in-shoe arch support insert designed for most shoes (not for use in sandals or flip-flops. Relieve pain in the arch by positioning Pedag STEP Arch Cookies wherever it feels comfortable. Just peel and stick. Made of a resilient, inch-thick, polyurethane foam wedge covered with a genuine leather top. Medium firmness and long-lasting. Fits in most shoes, including dress shoes, loafers, and flats. Indications - The Pedag STEP Arch Cookie is used in the treatment of arch pain, posterior tibial tendon dysfunction (PTTD), and pronation.

• Small: 3.3125” long x ¾” high and 2.125” wide
• Medium: 3.875” long x ¾” high and 2.3125 wide
• Large: 4.375” long x 1” high and 2.625” wide
• X-Large: 4.75” long x 1.25” high and 2.75” wide

I am looking for medial support for valgus positioning for my knees.  Do you have any products that will help?

Answer:

We do not carry any products specifically for knees, however, we have some products that might help with the medial support.  Loik at our Arch Cookies, Heel Wedges and Arch Supports.  Those products can be placed in such a way as to give medial support and lift.

Question:  

How firm are these arch cookies? I need good support for my high arches.

Answer:

These arch cookies are very firm and supportive.  There is very little compression, if any at all.

Question:

I have really high arches and wear a women's size 8 shoe. Which would you recommend for high arch support; the arch cookies PPT, arch cookies gel, or longitudinal arch cookies felt? I liked the gel version, but the description doesn't say anything about high arches...so I am a little confused. And would I get the size large for the more arch support?

Answer:

Thanks for your interest in our arch cookies! If you are looking for an arch cookie that has the most support with the highest pad, then I’d like you to consider these two products:

• Arch Cookies – Gel
• Pedag Step Arch Cookie 

The other three are flatter, so would not offer as mush support for high arches. Also, since you wear a women's 8 shoe, the medium would be your normal choice. However, you may find the Large would work to accomodate your high arch.

Question:

What size Arch cookie do you recommend for a Youth Size 2?

Answer:

Since a Youth size 2 is smaller than any women's sizes, a Small arch cookie would be the most reasonable size to choose.
