Although sizes may vary, we recommend Large for the big toe, Medium for the middle toes, and Small for the small toe. These sizes are based on a women's size 7 foot. Please adjust your size accordingly.

Sizes:

I have Raynaud's and my second toe can get painful to the touch. Could this product help?

Answer:

The Toe Caps won't help with the Raynaud's but could help with the pain that is caused when your toe touches something.

Question:

This looks pretty big. Can I fit it into a regular shoe?

Answer:

Easy. It's big but squishy so that it'll fit into just about any shoe.

Question:

How often do I clean this? And when I do, how do you clean it.

Answer:

After two or three days of use, you really ought to give it a wash. You can hand wash it in light detergent or soap, gently wring dry and lair dry. Make sure it is completely dry before using it again.
