Manufacturer's Defects - Defective Insoles & Arch Supports may be returned for replacement or credit up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Any other defective products may be returned for replacement or credit up to 30 days from the date of purchase.  To ensure proper credit, defective products must be returned with a copy of the original invoice. Myfootshop.com reserves the right to determine whether the failure of a product is due to a manufacturer's defect or due to normal wear and intended product use. It is best to give us a call when you think a product is defective, so we can determine the easiest way to resolve the problem.
