Longitudinal Arch Cookies provide arch support to the foot without the bulk of orthotics or insoles. These arch pads are made of 1/4" thick, natural felt and have an adhesive backing. Longitudinal Arch Cookies alleviate pain in the arch associated with fallen arches, weak arches, high arches, flat feet, and pronation-related foot problems.

These adhesive-backed pads conform well to the base and wall of shoes. We suggest when possible, removing the existing insoles from your shoes and placing Longitudinal Arch Cookies on the floor and medial (inside) wall of your shoes, then placing the shoes' original insole over the cookies. These arch pads are ideal for shoes with little or no built-in arch support, such as dress shoes and other low-profile footwear. Adhesive-backed. Latex-free. By Myfootshop.com. 1 pair/pkg.

Measurements: 4 1/2" long by 2 1/2" wide by 1/4" thick. May be trimmed with scissors for a perfect fit.

Be sure to check out our other arch cookies, including Gel Arch Cookies, Pedag STEP Arch Cookies, and PPT Arch Cookies.

Question:

I was born with flat feet. When I am on them all day they get sore and tired. Could the longitudinal arch cookies help with the pain I am having?

Answer:

The longitudinal arch cookie could definitely be helpful. They are designed to alleviate pain in the arch associated with fallen arches, weak arches, high arches, flat feet and pronation related foot problems.

Question:

Can I move these from shoe to shoe or once put in a pair of shoes they stay there?

Answer:

They're designed to stay in one pair of shoes once the adhesive backing is removed and the arch cookie is placed in the shoe.

Question:

I always use metatarsul pads for my flat feet. Would the arch cookies work better? Or could they both be used together.

Answer:

Arch Cookies are designed to alleviate pain associated with fallen arches, weak arches, high arches, flat feet & pronation-related foot problems. Using them in conjunction with a metatarsal pad certaily could work.  I think it might take some trial and error to get the fit just right.

Question:

How do I put them in my shoes?

Answer:

The best way to place them in your shoes is to put the longest side up onto the medial side, or wall, of your shoe while the more pointy side lays on the bottom of your hoes right where your arch is.
